How long have you had whatsapp installed? If I'm correct the whatsapp is a year trial on blackberry (I don't have a blackberry device so can someone confirm this?)

Have you changed anything on your BlackBerry recently? The error message means that the WhatsApp software is unable to connect to the server.

Many BB users got this message with WhatsApp when RIM had all those problems with their servers late last year. It could be that there's a problem with giffgaff's BB internet service at the moment. Do you know anyone else who's using WhatsApp on a BB on giffgaff?

I reinstalled it so many times and i have the same error.

I only change the Internet settings in mi blackberry, in TCP/IP i check APN enabled, APM auth. enabled, Input "giffgaff" into the username,  Input "password" into the password box.

How can i solve it??

Also i tried removing the battery but i have the same error.
