wrong address on payment page

Hi

So I don't have a saved card or paypal account but whenever I buy a goody bag with my card it does not pull my profile address but an old address that as far as I can see is no longer on my Giffgaff account. 

Why is it doing this and how can I get it to use my profile address?

If your account is showing incorrect information - even though it is correct in your profile - you have the right to get it corrected.

I still have this issue.

As mentioned above:
