wrong balance

I paid a £10 goodbag in 16th Oct. A few minuties later, my balance went to zero! Thus I bought another £10 goodbag. But my balance still dropped to zero! However, I did not called that much during and after the two payments. What is wrong with my account? What should I do to get my money back?

Get in touch with a agent they will sort it out for you

Maybe it's the background apps that use Internet and it also depends which numbers you are calling some cost more. If you contact an agent they'll tell you what you spent it on

Airtime credit and goodybsgs are seperate things
When you buy a goodybsg. The amount you spend doesn't show in your airtime credit

You need airtime credit for
Sending mms
Calling 084 and 087 numbers
Calling and texting international numbers
Calling and texting premium and shortcode numbers
Get a free giffgaff Sim

Did you buy the £10 goodybag as part of activating your first SIM?

If not, how much balance do you think you had before buying the goodybag?

Did you choose to buy the goodybag from existing credit, or from a debit or credit card?

You can check your balance by dialling *100# and you can then check whether this figure matches the balance shown on the website.
