Brought the wrong goodybag and would like to cancel it and buy the right one

I think I read somewhere that you cannot do this once the goodybag becomes active. You should see what other people say on this thread or contact an Agent to be sure. You can connect an Agent via this link:

I don't think it is possible to get the money back but contact and agent and see what they say. Agents are the only ones that can help with money issues.

Once a goodybag has gone active you unfortunately cannot cancel it.
It has to run for 30 days and will then expire.
However if you have less than 5 mins call minutes or 5mb of data, you can then replace it with a new goodybag.

active goody bags can not be changed stuck with it for one month.

It's not possible to cancel goodybags once they have activated. You can only cancel queued goodybags.

If the goodybag you bought has queued then you can cancel it by raising a case with the agents.

To cancel a queued Goodybag you have to ask an agent. You have the option to refund to the card used to purchase it or have it added to your airtime balance.

You will need to do this at least a day before queued Goodybag is due to activate as you need to allow for the agent response times. Link to ask agent

if the goodybag is already started then you cant change it

if its queued to start you can get a refund account problems are only handled by agents you can contact one here:
replies are usually pretty quick but can take up to 24 hours

If its live and in use you are fooed nothing you can do if its qued cotact an agent to remove it

You can't cancel Goodybag which is active so you need to wait 30 days or if your Goodybag has <5min or <5Mb you can buy a new one.

Once a goodybag has gone live/active on your account this cannot be cancelled. If this is 'queued' then you can request for this to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued.
