if the goodybag is already started then you cant change it
if its queued to start you can get a refund account problems are only handled by agents you can contact one here:https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/incorrect_balance
replies are usually pretty quick but can take up to 24 hours

Once a goodybag has gone live/active on your account this cannot be cancelled. If this is 'queued' then you can request for this to be cancelled and for a refund to be issued.
