yorkshirepie has a question about Sim card not working. New to giffgaff. Sim worked fine for 24 hours. Then nothing. Tried in another phone, still nothing , tried another sim in phone, works fine. Tried restart, tried cleaning sim. Any other ideas?

It appears as though your services have been barred

This will happen as a result of the way you've been sending texts
Have you sent any bulk /group texts?

You'll need to contact an agent to remove the temporary bar and agree to terms and conditions

In the box provided say you've been advised by the community that your services have been barred for sms abuse

Explain that you weren't aware of the term and conditions you've read and agree to them, and you won't repeat the act
And ask for your services to be restored

Hi are you still seeing a signal
(signal bars, giffgaff logo, connection symbol)

What does it say on the phone screen when you dial *100*7# and *100# ?

Can you call 443?

Signal bars, yes. No giffgaff logo or connection symbol. All 3 numbers do what they should.

When trying to make calls, phone says call barring is on (it is not). When trying to use internet,just says no internet connection. Mobile data is switched on.
