Take a look at this page it will show what you have purchased in terms of goodybags and/or credit.  Also have a look here for an itemised list of the purchases selecting the 'My order history' option.


You are suggesting  that 4 x purchases of £10 each have been made. Once you know what you actually have, you can decide what to do next.

I have had a message back off the agent they are refunding my £20 back as I'm a new customer and most make mistakes. Thank you all for your help

Speak to a giffgaff agent and they should refund the £20 that shouldnt have been taken
