My wife and I have both had Giff gaff sim cards in our mobile phones for many years. We only have one continually paid up sim card and top the spare up every three months to use just Gift Gaff to Giff Gaff. All was perfect until I damaged my phone and switched sim cards when I replaced it. Just have done something wrong as charged for Giff Gaff to Giff Gaff. Has the system changed or have I done something stupid.
