Summary

The data allowance on the £10, £12 and £15 goodybags launched on August 14th, 2019. Due to a technical issue, members whose goodybags were set to recur on that date have not been upgraded to the new allowances. We are working on a fix, and all goodybags that are bought or recur from now on will have the new allowances.

Hi all, quick update for you if you had a £10, £12 or £15 goodybag that recurred and started on Wednesday 14th. The team have managed to build and test a fix for anyone affected by this, which will be rolled out over the course of this afternoon, to add the additional data onto your accounts. You won't need to do anything, and once the fix is applied, it'll show next to your goodybag on your dashboard or in the app.

 

Because this is a hotfix, there's one little snag - if you're one of the accounts we've had to fix, the bar that shows you how much of a proportion of your goodybag has been used won't be accurate for as long as you have this month's goodybag, but the amount that's shown in numbers will be correct. After it ends, everything will work as you'd expect.

Hi everyone,

 

Today, we launched more data on the £10, £12 and £15 goodybags. Unfortunately, a technical issue has meant that if you had a recurring or queued goodybag witha  start date of August 14th, the old allowances were applied at midnight instead of the new ones. We're investigating with our team to determine the root cause and how we can prevent it from happening with future changes, as well as working on how we could add the new allowances to any goodybags that are affected.

Any goodybags bought after the change will come with the new allowances as you'd expect.

 

If this affects you, please follow along with this thread, and we'll update you on how we'll be addressing it as the team make progress.

Wondered why I’d not received the new data, but Iv just seen the website was updating between 00.00-02.30 on the 14-08/19, so hopefully it’s sorted soon 😊 and everyone who purchased a recurring goody bag at 00.00 on the 14th will  get the extra data back soon
