As you may be aware, on the 6th December 2018 we experienced a significant increase in community traffic, at one point we moved the community over to our outage server due to the increased stress on our systems. Since then we have been experiencing some intermittent / ongoing issues, these include:
We are working closely with our platform provider to resolve these issues as soon as we can and have escalated the cases we have open with them.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused / causing, our Platform Team & Community Team are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Hi Paul , thanks for the update / info , here's hoping that Lithium get stuck in and resolve these issues as soon as possible ,
( the site is also running at a snails pace at times .... is this related to the other problems ? )
The next few days are likely to be a little hectic due to the festivities , it would be nice if the forums were running smoothly

The fear is @paul_d_, with Public holidays this week, the service will deteriorate further, especially for those needing urgent H&S.
Twitter and Facebook might be a better option for those seeking that help and support. A mention that these options are available as a sticky on the H&S thread would certainly help all affected.
