Good morning, obviously from the thread this has been going in for a few hours now. The issue is I rely on my Giffgaff sum for work calls and communication I have checked your link for planned work and maintenance and the coverage checker however, this display's nothing at all!!!! My personal sum is on O2 and there are no issues with that!!! Any idea as to timescale for resolution as this will cost me work and money???? Anxiously await your reply!!!!!
I know this won't help you now, but download "Here to Go" maps. It is the old Nokia Maps. You can then download maps to your phone (over WiFi if possible). then when you have no signal the Sat Nav will still work, but without traffic times. Remember to select "Here to Go" at the start of the journey and not your default Sat Nav app, presumably Google Maps if an Android phone.
