@roxy_r Has porting in been temporarily suspended? The form to port won't load for anyone.
Sorry for the delay responding, Will certain pass this along to our folks here and get that checked out.
Can you advise if this is the port in or port out forms, What do your see when you use that form? Error page or something else?

@paul_d_ It is the port in form buddy. A few people asked in the Help forum so I tried it myself and get the following:
Go here and click on Keep my number https://giffgaff.com/profile/details
Then when I click on Transfer Your Number it takes me to https://giffgaff.com/
Some say they can't port away, but I can get my PAC to leave fine.

Hey folks. Still no SMS this morning for most members, any chance you can update your service page with the SMS issue, twitter is very busy with lots of any people, they need pointed to a page which has the latest info

Thank you for the heads up! We are aware of this issue with text messages displaying a 'Not sent' error to the sender while the recipient might receive it multiple times. The engineers are working to resolve this as we speak.
