I got a few notifications myself this morning from the same sort of time. This is of course down to the ongoing issues the site is experiencing. You have probably already seen the service issue we have for it but incase anyone hasn't it's here - https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Service-Updates/Ongoing-Community-Platform-Issues-6th-December-201...
Thank you all for your continued patience while we try to resolve this.
Agent link not working

Thank you for alerting us to this. i've tried a few agent links but I can't replicate the issue.
Was it one particular link or was it all that you have tried? If it was a blip then it seems to have rectified itself.

I don't have time to try it again today, but this problem has been around for a long time. I suspect you can still reproduce it by doing the following:
It fails because you have become logged out of the servers that handle the non-forum pages, but the ask pages seem to be checking only your login status on the forum server and therefore don't prompt for a new login. Yet if you visit the agent page without being logged in to the forum, it will properly prompt for a new login.
I've been asked to see if you would be able to provide some further information to help us understand this.
Do these error messages appear when trying to update an existing case or when trying to create a new one.
Just wanted to get some idea of the journey you guys are having when this error pops up.
I was actually looking for a particular agent page to copy the link to use in help and support (incorrect balance report) on android mobile view (chrome)
I had been logged in on H&S but the agent menu asked me to log in again, successfully completed, able to see menu and select option. The hiccup occurred when clicking 'Do you still need help' and the agent report page failed with the warning that I copied. I tried on firefox and got the same result.
It did come back on stream later but as I was at work, I couldn't properly respond until now.
Thanks for the follow up. Was there any unplanned maintenance going on?
