Hi @paul_d_ there seems to be something brewing.
So far I have seen three reports of members seeing the message "You’ve got 0 MB of EU roaming data left".
It is not a message I have come across before and it seems not relevant to the members' cirumstances. Is it, I wonder, associated with limiting the 40GB roaming allowance to 20GB and it is being displayed when it ought not to be.
Two separate reports here, post 1 and 6 https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Help-Support/You-ve-got-0-MB-of-EU-roaming-data-left/td-p/23743937
EDIT to correct typos, sorry!

This is something we are currently aware of and currently investigating - more information can be found here: https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Service-Updates/EU-Data-Allowance-Not-Showing-Correctly-16-August-...
Although it shows as 0MB this is just a display issue, so you should still have data that can be used abroad in the EU.
Does this mean @guy_ow that when the display issue is fixed there will be a “proper” EU data allowance figure available.
I only ask because I dealt with a query on H&S where someone with the £20 bag was confused over how much “EU data” they had left as they had used some in the U.K. before going to the EU so they weren’t sure how much of their remaining allowance was available for use while they were away
And as this bag (and the £25 one) now come with split data - ie it isn’t a straightforward “you’ve used this much so there’s this much left” I said giffgaff probably wouldn’t provide that info so can I tell them I was wrong?
And if so how will it work?
Will it display for every bag or just those that come with split data?
And will it include the 1GB bonus or will that still appear separately?
Sorry if I have missed a thread where this has all been explained.
If there is one please let me know and I’ll go there for more information and to maybe add some comments.
