BE WARNED: Scam texts apparently from Argos

I received a text purporting to be from Argos saying I had a refund of £245 due. Was immediately suspicious as haven't shopped there for a while. The link looked reasonable but not right. Investigation found it leads to a surprisingly realistic website but based in Tokyo. BE WARNED

SPAM texts can be reported free of charge I'm told according to OFCOM by forwarding to 7726 (that spells SPAMSmiley Happy) [or 87726 if you are on Vodafone]  Do NOT reply to a spam text.


Delete it afterwards!
