Not surprised there is confusion

That's for suggesting something other than "try a different browser".

I hadn't inserted the SIM into my phone.

However, I just tried that, and received the texts etc,.

I then tried topping up and got exactly the same error message: "There has been an error submitting your payment"

I think I'm going to knock giffgaff on the head and go with a standard operator.

I had problems topping up online.I bought a giffgaff top up voucher then logged into my giffgaff & switched my airtime for a goodybag.My contract cost me three times as much as my goody bag & the reception was hit & miss in work.I've saved money & can finally be got hold of with ease
