Hi all,

This post is for those members who dont know how to clear their Internet browser cache on their PC / Laptop.

Full Instructions are available in each Spoiler.

Each time you access a file through your web browser, your browser stores it. By doing this, your browser doesn't have to newly retrieve files (including any images) from the remote web site each time you click Back or Forward. Sometimes websites (like giffgaff's when you get errors topping up or using a voucher) dont like this and requires you to clear your browser cache.

Internet Explorer (IE) 11 Browser

Click to reveal
• Open your IE11 Browser
• Select Tools (Alt + X) as shown below
• Select Internet Options (Shown below)

IE 11 - 1.jpg

• A new window will open.
• Select the General Tab
Scan down to browser history and select Delete… (shown below)

You have now cleared your browser cache in IE 11.

Nice guide @talisker35

Just a note the Firefox settings menu will be turning into a Tab soon with a completely new layout (I'm using the nightly releases so I see things early) so you will have that to update in a few weeks Smiley Happy

I have a big problem with my card payment
Someone should help me out with that.

I was trying to buy a phone from giffgaff monthly basis but I couldn't made it, because when I go to order to pay it's showing me my cvv, card number, expiry date is expired what is not true, I had entered everything was wright and I have spoken to at (02031426226) this number more then 6 times but their did not help me with that.
Also I had a phone call with my bank to make sure that is there is any problem with my card but they are said there is nothing wrong with my bank credit card, and I can get any contact from any phone company but I don't know why is not working with giffgaff.
Also they have decline my payment more the ten times.
I have spend my 3 days with giffgaff to sort this out but it didn't work, But I don't know what would I say for that.
