Community Asking/Replying

I know someone who recently joined giffgaff and only today started using the community. However she wasn't able to reply or ask any questions, everytime she clicked on one of those options she was redirected to her account profile thing.


She's contacted an agent for help but I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem could be?

i think she could do with clearing her browser data / cookies


or trying a different browser such as firefox

i get that all the time - all your friend needs to do is log in and log out a few times and then it will be sorted out.

giffgaff time out the login session and since community and profile page have separate logins, they time out at different times or so i have been told Smiley Happy

Try another browser and clear cookies and history.

This happens to me too. All I tend to do is wait a short while and try again. I've never failed to log in and post/reply Smiley Happy
