Can we have this pinned to the top of the page, while the contact an agent issue is still active. Took me a while to find this through a search.

Updates to this guide:

 

06/09/2011:

 

  • New Educator Added
  • Change of Size for images
  • Changed outdated information about password and member name retrieval (Images now added to direct users easier).
  • More detail.
  • Ask an agent issue now re-directs to the second ask an agent link.

 

21/10/2011:

 

  • Now all Centered
  • Now has an image heading to introduce the user to the problem
  • Cleared things up a bit - removed old information.

Have a backup on file if it proves not to be popular Smiley Happy.

Really useful - thanks. I didn't know about educators until I was trying to sort out a problem for a friend who had lost her id and password and had no access to email....it was an educator - anthony c - who sorted me out. Wish I'd found this list earlier but great to have found it now Smiley Happy

I have been waiting for since the 29th nOVEMBER TO GET ACTIVE. hAVE MONEY SITTING IN THE ACCOUNT, CAN'T ACTIVATE SIM, ITS BEEN STUCK ON THE SAME SCREEN FOR 2 DAYS.

On saturday morning, I am having to get myself back on air and buy a new phone and contract. I can't take much more of this. GG have lost my original number which was ported in sometime in November when I original recieved my first sim. Nobody actually anwers the questions. Just excuse after excuse. So please can you sort this one? I have a replacement sim, in fact two were sent - any advice. How do you clear the cache on your computer (PC). will that help?
