You should sleep atleast minimum for 7 hours everyday to keep yourself healthy and fit.

Thanks @dennisbowen I use a fitbit which monitors sleep patterns which I find very helpful.

take healthy and fresh food for healthy sleep .early go to bed is a good habit then you wake up early in the morning
