It has been brought to my attention that there is a new scam going around where you receive a text message pretending to be from giffgaff stating that your sim is not activated, whatever you do .  Do not click on it as it will kill the sim card.

@richard4u2

Any genuine link sent by Giffgaff will have a giff.ly or giffgaff.com type link contained within the text.

Such incidents should be reported here https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Account-misuse-and-security-issues/Account-misuse-and-security...

You can also read more about it here https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Announcements/Keeping-your-giffgaff-account-and-personal-details-s...

If my Answer has helped you please Kudos and please Mark as Best Answer to help others!
