Drinking more water than anything else is better for you overall but including some fresh smoothies in your diet will keep you healthy all round and also promote a faster metabolism which could help you lose weight. Maintaining a balance of a healthy amount of carbs, the right fats, protein and and including a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables will give you all the vitamins and such you need to stay healthy.
