Drink a lot of water in your routine aspecialy in hot days. Don't drink any juice. Juice make you fatty.fresh water makes u smart and healthy

A few years ago I got into the habit of drinking two glasses of water with all my meals (breakfast excluded), if suddenly increasing your intake sounds daunting.
