Im a little late answering your message but i just had to say thanks very much in putting this message up.
Im so pleased you feel our giffgaff agents are great and bent over backwards in sorting out your problem also updating you on a daily basis.
Im not suprised tho as they are a very afficiant bunch and very helpfull and being nice with it at the same time ( typical giffgaff agents )
Its a shame more gaffers dont come on to praise them when things go wrong and they sort it for us.

Thanks @bobrobinson. I was really pleasantly surprised with how Giffgaff dealt with my problem. What if this and that happens, was always in the back of my mind. However I know now no need to worry, Giffgaff will sort it! 😊
We on the community have many realy tecci guys and gals who know most things and will help you if you need it other that your problem which was an account problem.
Were open 24/7 and there will always be some one here if you need us . So be rest assured you will never be left out in the cold .
