New to giff gaff

Hi new herecso wanted to say hello and ask probably a silly question 

 

Im currently on 02 and about to activate giff gaff,am i right in thinking as giff gaff is on the 02 network the service will be the same

hello, @kazpeza welcome to giffgaff and yes we get the same signal as o2 but no doubt some may disagree with what I have said.

Yes you are correct giffgaff does run on 02 and I personally find it great can’t remember what the service was like on 02 but giffgaff is great

have a good look 👀 round as there is always loads going on , so jump right in

Although you may need to update your settings to match giffgaff ones shown here SETTINGS . . . . . . . these settings will fully explain how to set up your internet an mms on your device they include settings for. . Iphones ..tablets ..android..windows . .blackberry . .nokia ect . . check all 6 pages of settings

Hello guys,
I find myself stock in the middle of a storm, I ve lost a sim card that was ordered from my account as additional card and activated with account details which I cannot remember. All I have is the number and maybe the email address, How can I replace the new SiM number with the one I have lost?
