 Hi  no  services at all yesterday  couldn't do anything   02 are  offering  compassion    what about giffgaff as I had to use vodafone sim

This we do not know, 02 and giffgaff are not the same company.

i`m sure they are very compassionate

they might even give users some sort of compensation.

i found this about o2 @nofea66

"Pay monthly customers will be given two free days on their contract. And pay as you go customers will get 10 per cent of their credit for free."

Hi @nofea66 it wasn't a giffgaff problem so don't think there will be any compensation. It was a third party issue
