Address incorrect

The address on the personal information tab is my old address and not my current one but there is no dispute tab to change this. I cant find anything to update this. Any suggestions?

Just go to

And change it by highlighting it then hit the delete button  then put your new one in. Then press save

Hi Bob, thanks for the info but the address on my Giffgaff profile is my current one and has been for a while. On the credit report it is wrong.

There's no dispute button for address.


Best advice is to click the Notice of Correction section and follow the directions to write to Callcredit to get this updated.


They may well write back and ask for proof of address, a utility bill usually suffices for such things.

I appear to be having the same issue.  An old address is showing as my electoral registration.  I've checked with my local authority and my bank, both have the correct address, and the address on my giffgaff account is correct.  The incorrect details have been showing for about seven months since my electoral registration at the current address.  I raised an issue with Callcredit,  who say

“You already present on the ER as per evidence you have provided – you will need to update your current address on your GiffGaff account which will then pull through the correct details.”


Needless to say, that hasn't helped.  Any tips?  Thanks in advance.
